10/01/2008	Flu Shots Available – October 1st
	Beginning October 1st flu shots will be available for all patients. We strongly recommend the following people receive the flu shot: patients with diabetes, asthma, anemia, pregnant, children between the ages of 6 months and 2 years, patients 50 years of age and older, and those taking immunosuppressants such as steroids and methotrexate. The vaccine will be given Monday – Thursday between the hours of 2:30 pm to 4 pm. The self pay cost of the flu shot is $20.00. Call the receptionist at 801-802-7373 to schedule your appointment.
